Order Request - Family Name Sign for HKF Photo Sessions Fundraiser
This form is to order a family name sign in conjunction with the Helen Kate Furness Library's Spring photo session fundraiser. Signs are wood and measure 6" x 12" and will be stained dark walnut with white lettering. Cost is $20, with a portion of that being donated to the Library.
